Why should you buy from us when there are so many cheaper alternatives? Because we are the original Burrito Blanket that started the craze! There are a plethora of sellers out there impersonating our goods but unfortunately they fall short when it comes to quality. Their blankets are not soft  and plush, they are not printed on both sides, they do not have the genuine tortilla design, they do not have a nice hemmed edge. Plus they take weeks to ship your blanket! We ship within 24 hours and our warehouse is located in the US. 

Don't fall for impersonators or counterfeit goods. Our blankets are genuine and you will receive exactly what is shown in the photos. The only way to receive a genuine Burrito Blanket is to purchase through our website. We do not sell on any other online platform or social media. If you purchase from anywhere else, it is fake! 

 

Shipping

Our products are shipped from California, USA.

When checking out you will be provided with the following shipping methods:

Within the Continental 48 States

Standard shipping: FedEx SmartPost (3-7 days)

Priority shipping: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)

Outlying Islands - This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO, FPO and DPO

USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days)

All other countries

DHL Packet Plus or DHL Parcel International Standard (6-20 days)

 

Order Cancellation

As soon as you place your order it is on its way to being processed and shipped. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders or modify the shipping address once an order has been submitted. 

 

Refunds

Not totally jazzed about your Burrito Blanket? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Here's what to do:

  • Use our Contact Us page to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number when contacting us.
  • Place your Burrito Blanket inside a shipping envelope and mail it the following address: ShipMonk / Burrito Blanket, 3524 N Mike Daley Dr.,
    San Bernardino, CA 92407. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Write the RMA Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
  • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

 

Order Not Received

If the tracking number shows as 'Delivered' but your package did not arrive we ask you to please wait an additional 5-7 business days. In the meantime, ask your neighbors if they have seen your package. Ask the mail carrier if they were sure they delivered it to the correct address and where they left it. Most of the time the package was mistakingly scanned or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. 

If after 7 business days your package has still not shown, please contact your local police department and file a report for theft. Mail theft is a federal offense and we take it seriously. Once the report is finalized and assigned a report number please forward the report to us. We will then re-ship your order at no charge. 

 

Order Undeliverable

In the event your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is otherwise refused and returned to us, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
