  • Check the domain name on all of your emails and purchase receipts. If your receipt does not say "" then you did NOT purchase from us. We cannot help you. Please contact the location you purchased from.

  • If you are inquiring about the delivery status of an international order, please note we are experiencing longer than normal transit times due to the pandemic. DHL does not consider a package lost until 45 days have passed since the ship date. If it is within the 45 days then DHL is working hard to deliver your package and your tracking number will update accordingly. We appreciate your patience. If it has been longer than 45 days then please contact us and we can file a claim for your missing package.
